Tasting Notes
The 2021 Riesling is a bright and aromatic wine with a beautiful nose of zesty lemon and lime, white blossom and musk. These complex and delicate aromatics carry over to the palate providing citrus fruit characteristics which are perfectly balanced with a crunchy and natural acidity.
Winemaking
Sourced from a single site in Springton, this 60-year old vineyard lies in a secluded valley and consequently ripens much later than surrounding areas. This vineyard produces Rieslings with pristine quality reflected in their minerality, citrus fruit & spiciness, holding great finesse particularly as they age.

"Sourced from a plot of 60yo riesling vines in Springton. Another cracking riesling from the superb 2021 Eden Valley vintage. Aromas of freshly squeezed lime with hints of lemon zest, freshly cut fennel, crushed quartz, rose petals and Christmas lilies. Great citrus fruit carry across the palate, cut with white florals and stone with vivid acidity and a pristine, dry, stony finish."
