"Sourced from a vineyard established in 1972 in the Eden Valley enclave of Flaxman Valley. A lovely little off-dry example of the region's famous grape variety. Lime, citrus and grapefruit notes, crushed stone and orange blossom all catch the eye (nose?). The crisp, crystalline acidity tempers the 15g/l of residual sugar here, so we'll call it just off-dry.
